Eric Brossart is the Founder and CEO of Jonny West Real Estate (2019). Eric has spent nearly a decade excelling in the competitive Arizona Real Estate market. Now Eric is ranked in the top 1% of residential Realtors in total sales volume. The Jonny West Team has produced over 300M in sales volume, and provides a white glove service to every client in the real estate transaction.

Justin Brossart Realtor Justin was born and raised in Arizona and always had a passion for real estate. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, in Marketing, Justin joined forces with his older brother Eric & the Jonny West Team. Since joining in October of 2020 Eric & Justin's partnership has only strengthened & The JW Team has sold over 150 homes across the Valley. Justin works with both buyers & sellers, and ensures each transaction is its own unique one-of-a-kind experience that goes beyond buying or selling a property.
Chandler Lewis Realtor Chandler was born in San Diego, California and grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Chandler is a new build expert, a go-getter, and refuses to be outworked. He Excels in negotiations and provides the highest level of service to all our clients. Chandler is always ready and willing to help the next family with their upcoming move.
Shannon Mathiesen Executive Manager Most Realtors get licensed so that they can start selling real estate. Not Shannon. Shannon got licensed to be a paper wizard. She took her strengths in organization, being detailed-oriented, being consistent, and having great communication and channeled it into Transaction Coordinator.
