Eric Brossart, founder and CEO, grew up in the valley and knows where to find some of the best-hidden gems that Arizona has to offer. When Eric is not out selling real estate, he is either spending time with his wife and baby, enjoying a ride on his horse, squeezing in a quick round of golf, or watching sports on TV.

Justin Brossart

Justin was born and raised in Arizona and always had a passion for real estate. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, in Marketing, Justin joined forces with his older brother Eric & the Jonny West Team. Since joining in October of 2020 Eric & Justin’s partnership has only strengthened & The JW Team has sold over 150 homes across the Valley. Justin works with both buyers & sellers, and ensures each transaction is its own unique one-of-a-kind experience that goes beyond buying or selling a property.

Shannon Mathiesen

Most Realtors get licensed so that they can start selling real estate. Not Shannon. Shannon got licensed to be a paper wizard. She took her strengths in organization, being detailed-oriented, being consistent, and having great communication and channeled it into Transaction Coordinator.
